The industry is a complex field encompassing vast variety of issues and is influenced by many disciplines. This ever-evolving industry demands an ongoing learning process extending beyond academic years. The Academy is aiming to create a learning avenue which will cater to dynamic knowledge upgradation as demanded by the industry. The program focuses on periodic knowledge upgradation.

The seminar target audience are mid-level and senior professionals. Considering time constraints of participants, seminars are conducted on Saturdays for 3 to 6 hours in one or two sessions. The format is participatory and interactive and encourages two-way knowledge sharing for all participants.
